Proposes an amendment to the state constitution to make several changes to current property tax law
Summary of the bill as introduced: Requires the General Assembly to provide a definition of "fair market value" for real property. This bill also eliminates the 15% limit on increases in property value over five years and eliminates the assessable transfer of interest if it changes the value of the property.
